Art licensing allows you to purchase a licence to make and sell finished goods using the pattern/artwork of your choice. Most of the designs shown on my website are currently available for licensing. Please contact me with your requirements to find out more.

I retain all copyright and ownership of the artwork at all times. A licence is an agreement granting the rights to a specific design or designs for a specified length of time for a specific use.

The length of the contract relates to how long you can distribute and sell your licensed products for.

The right to use the design reverts back to Cecca Designs unless another contract is negotiated.

Yes, all of my patterns are all ready to go in a seamless repeat.

This depends on many factors including length of contract, exclusivity, the market/product covered and the geographic area. Payment can be negotiated as a flat fee, or royalties (which would usually include an advance against royalties).

Spoonflower is a company based in Durham, Carolina in the USA. They have high ethical and environmental standards and they print and manufacture their fabric, wallpaper and home decor products either in Durham, USA or in Berlin - depending on where the order is being shipped to.
